Value-Based Care (VBC) Performance Analyst, Remote

Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields. 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience. Experience in using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including basic formulas and pivot tables. Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal.

Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement in value-based care programs. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for health plan payer contracts. Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams. Develop understanding of payer-specific quality programs and support market workflows. Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
