2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial or technology law Hands-on experience in negotiating, drafting, and aligning contracts with clients and vendors Strong analytical, legal, and research skills Master's degree in law Fluent in both English and Ukrainian (spoken and written, including legal drafting)

Negotiate, draft, and review Statements of Work (SOWs), buyout agreements, assignment agreements, and other client-related contracts Conduct investigations and resolve incidents in collaboration with clients and internal teams Handle intellectual property (IP) matters, including cases of copyright infringement Evaluate vendors and perform due diligence on their contracts Provide legal advice to various departments on contractual and compliance-related matters Monitor changes in international legislation and recommend necessary updates
