Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, chats, and internet leads. Explain sales process and set appointments. Assist guests through relationship-based sales. Understand guest needs and match them with company inventory. Continually improve and be receptive to coaching. Handle call volumes efficiently while providing excellent service. Answer guest questions accurately, openly, and honestly. Work a rotating monthly schedule including every other weekend.
