Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst/Senior Analyst - RCM

2-5 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in mental/behavioral health Strong expertise in denial management, eligibility & benefits verification, and credentialing Knowledge of mental health billing requirements and regulations Experience with behavioral health CPT codes and billing modifiers Familiarity with mental health insurance coverage and authorizations Proficiency in healthcare billing software and MS Office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Experience with mental health EHR systems Knowledge of behavioral health billing guidelines Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools Ability to maintain productivity during night shift hours

Analyze and resolve claim denials specific to mental health services and treatments Perform detailed eligibility and benefits verification for behavioral health services Manage provider credentialing for mental health professionals Handle billing related to various mental health services Monitor and track denial trends specific to mental health claims Collaborate with insurance companies regarding mental health coverage and authorizations Generate and analyze reports to track key performance metrics Implement best practices for denial prevention in mental health billing Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
