Accounts Payable Analyst

Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI for process improvement. Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with a specific focus on T&E report review and compliance. Experience with Navan, Expensify, Tipalti, and Intacct is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in financial software, Google Workspace, and Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Review and approve T&E reports for policy compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for T&E policy questions. Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Manage vendor relations and resolve payment issues. Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes. Generate and analyze reports on T&E spending and compliance. Support internal and external audits.
