BS or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years experience in a similar sales position. Deep knowledge of sales within the Software industry. Previous experience with US clients. Fluent English. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills in English. Self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer requests and provide support until the sale is closed. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service. Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building new ones. Contact customers and present current products or services. Handle customer's needs and requirements. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
