Proven ability to handle legal issues across different jurisdictions. Excellent commercial awareness with a pragmatic approach. Strong leadership skills to influence and build relationships. Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Highly self-motivated and proactive. Impeccable judgment and strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution.

Act as the primary legal advisor for corporate transactions, including financings and joint ventures. Structure, negotiate, and document international partnerships focused on the crypto ecosystem. Participate in developing the company’s decentralization strategy and related initiatives. Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions. Provide expert legal advice on product development, privacy, and intellectual property. Counsel on legal and compliance policies related to proposed transactions. Lead and manage multiple projects efficiently, advising on complex legal issues. Contribute strategic insights to internal teams. Oversee external legal advisors for complex issues. Perform other duties as delegated by the General Counsel.
