Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal advisor for corporate transactions, including financings and joint ventures.
• Structure, negotiate, and document international partnerships focused on the crypto ecosystem.
• Participate in developing the company’s decentralization strategy and related initiatives.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice on product development, privacy, and intellectual property.
• Counsel on legal and compliance policies related to proposed transactions.
• Lead and manage multiple projects efficiently, advising on complex legal issues.
• Contribute strategic insights to internal teams.
• Oversee external legal advisors for complex issues.
• Perform other duties as delegated by the General Counsel.
