DeFi Trade and Reporting Associate

High level of integrity for executing smart contract transactions. Ability to execute simple database queries for data retrieval. Excellent problem-solving skills and common sense. Detail-oriented mindset with understanding of documentation and record keeping. Enthusiasm for DeFi and crypto, with an understanding of the on-chain ecosystem. Hands-on experience with on-chain transactions and smart contract interactions. Demonstrated experience with Gnosis SAFE infrastructure and hardware wallets. Experience with best execution processes and trading cost analysis. Self-starter with strong desire to drive efficiency and learn. Good communicator and critical thinker with a strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and multitask. Core hours within a UTC +/- 2 timezone preferred. Flexibility to be online and support operations 7 days a week as needed. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as DeFi Operations or Trade Support. Experience with managing vaults, pooled investment strategies, and multi-signature mandates is a plus. Working knowledge in Python and an interest to expand technical skills. Quantitative academic background and comfortable fetching and transforming data. Demonstrated proficiency in Python for task automation is a plus. Familiar with SQL queries.

Manage wallets and vaults set up with bespoke infrastructure. Assist with vault operations across multiple architectures. Review, assess, and approve or reject trade recommendations. Assume end-to-end responsibility for on-chain trading activity. Coordinate trade execution and multi-party signing processes. Work with third-party providers to enforce transaction level compliance. Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and delays. Manage post-trade record keeping processes. Draft new processes and improve existing ones. Manage quarterly revenue claim process across all vault infrastructure. Own client reporting; gather requirements and translate them into technical specs. Establish a suite of reporting templates/outputs. Own internal reporting; develop framework for revenue shares and commissions. Develop deep knowledge of Avantgarde strategies and enable data access. Proactively troubleshoot operational and reporting needs for clients. Assist with client onboarding activity and client queries.
