UX/UI Designer

BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development. Proficiency in Figma. Design portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills. Experience in cross-functional collaboration. Ability to create wireframes, visual mockups, and user workflows. Excellent organization skills with project management experience. Flexibility and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Understanding of design and product development processes. Experience in Agile development environments. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Drive the UX/UI vision using user-centered design principles. Design and conduct user research sessions to validate design decisions. Create design deliverables, including personas, journey maps, and wireframes. Help define user models and user interfaces for products. Develop interaction flows and mockups to communicate concepts. Conduct usability tests to iterate on designs. Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to refine designs. Establish design documentation and guidelines for consistency. Advocate for design best practices during development.
