Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and in Manual Software QA.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and writing functional outlines.
• Proficient in organizing sprints and communicating project needs.
• 3+ years in a QA management role and a support role.
• Familiar with developing websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Understand technically complex projects and business processes.
• Gather and define requirements into specifications and close any gaps.
• Work with UX/UI and development leads to plan projects into sprints.
• Assist in QA processes and remediate issues from each sprint.
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and work with teams on implementation.
