Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a cloud or software-focused organization. Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including core services. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or Adobe FrameMaker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and cloud monitoring solutions. Ability to read and understand basic code (e.g., YAML, JSON, Python, or Shell scripting) is a plus. Experience writing for security, compliance, or governance in cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
Write and maintain clear documentation, including technical guides, API references, and onboarding materials for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS). Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Document cloud deployment strategies, security guidelines, and cloud-native tools. Organize and update documentation in platforms like Confluence and GitHub. Create visual aids and assist in developing training materials.
