Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, managing scheduling, logistics, and travel.
  • Facilitate communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates during the interview process.
  • Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and ensure smooth progression through hiring.
  • Support pre-boarding processes by collaborating with various teams.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience from offer to Day 1.
