Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach. Experience in process improvements and empathy in candidate experiences. Strong reporting skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, managing scheduling, logistics, and travel. Facilitate communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates during the interview process. Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and ensure smooth progression through hiring. Support pre-boarding processes by collaborating with various teams. Ensure a positive onboarding experience from offer to Day 1.
