11+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or relevant operational experience. Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach. Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and create insights. Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools. 6+ years experience with Sales Policy development, Sales Governance, Sales Process compliance or Sales Compensation.
