Requirements
- MD, DO, or NP degree.
- Board certified and licensed in multiple states.
- At least 2 years of independent practice experience.
- Previous telemedicine experience.
- Strong and empathetic oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and improve care delivery.
- Obesity medicine certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Consultations include health assessments, lab screenings, management of diagnoses related to obesity.
- Prescribing medication if indicated and providing documentation & follow-up care.
- Support patients in navigating their weight care journey including managing medication side effects and treatment plan adjustments.
- Maintain continuity of care to develop long-term patient-clinician relationships.
