Telehealth Provider (MD & DO)

MD, DO, or NP degree. Board certified and licensed in multiple states. At least 2 years of independent practice experience. Previous telemedicine experience. Strong and empathetic oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt and improve care delivery. Obesity medicine certification preferred.

Consultations include health assessments, lab screenings, management of diagnoses related to obesity. Prescribing medication if indicated and providing documentation & follow-up care. Support patients in navigating their weight care journey including managing medication side effects and treatment plan adjustments. Maintain continuity of care to develop long-term patient-clinician relationships.
