Requirements
- Licensed to practice as an APP in Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of menopause experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy (HT).
- Committed to studying & sitting for the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) exam.
- Passionate about comprehensive women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause.
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary successful teams.
- Ability to approach process change and ambiguous situations with enthusiasm, creativity, and accountability.
- Facility using multiple tech platforms, with eagerness for advising about platform improvements and adapting to new systems.
- CNM or WHNP with significant experience in menopause care.
- Active APP license and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states.
- Residence in MI or a nursing compact state.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
- Oversee medical care to improve clinical outcomes for patients.
- Review complex patient cases and develop care plans.
- Support clinical team members in providing evidence-based care.
- Monitor adverse events and hold clinical retros for protocol improvement.
- Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms for menopause care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts.
