Technical proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop required; After Effects/Illustrator strongly preferred). Strong on-camera presence with natural storytelling ability. Deep understanding of what makes content perform on each platform (hooks, pacing, retention strategies). Experience creating content for both personal brands and business accounts. Ability to translate complex or niche topics into compelling, accessible content. Native understanding of platform-specific content formats and best practices. Experience in marketing, tech, or culture-related content spaces preferred. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and audience retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and star in content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos. Own the complete production process: concept development, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and publishing. Create content ranging from 15-second trend-reactive videos to 20-minute deep-dive explainers. Transform complex industry topics into engaging, accessible content that drives real business results. Partner with strategy and social media teams to develop content calendars. Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to optimize content. Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging creator trends. Collaborate on campaign-specific content. Serve as an authentic brand ambassador, bringing personality and relatability to messaging. Develop recurring content series and formats. Adapt brand voice and messaging for different platforms while maintaining consistency.
