Five or more years of experience in Banking. Recruiting experience in a financial institution. Proven experience building and maintaining pipelines. Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS System a plus. Persuasive interviewer with various interview techniques. Creativity and resourcefulness in client problem-solving. Strong relationship building and sales skills. Strong knowledge of banking positions and skills. Proficient with MS Office, web-based recruiting systems, and internet tools. General knowledge of recruitment policies and practices. Knowledge of applicable Employment Laws.
