Requirements:

• Strong background in IFRS9 impairments.
• Extensive experience in developing, validating, or monitoring Credit Models.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R; knowledge of a data visualization tool is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to non-experts.
• Proactive self-starter mindset and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Leading projects covering development, implementation, and maintenance of Stress Testing and Forecasting models.
• Managing business critical processes such as ICAAP and Budgeting, including presentations to senior management and Execs.
• Developing the next generation of performance tracking and analytics tools.
• Maintaining economic-response models for scenario simulation and impairment.
• Participating in monthly provisions processes and delivering outcomes to Monzo's senior team.
