Provisions and Forecasting Lead, Borrowing

Strong background in IFRS9 impairments. Extensive experience in developing, validating, or monitoring Credit Models. Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering technical projects. Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R; knowledge of a data visualization tool is a plus. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to non-experts. Proactive self-starter mindset and team player.

Leading projects covering development, implementation, and maintenance of Stress Testing and Forecasting models. Managing business critical processes such as ICAAP and Budgeting, including presentations to senior management and Execs. Developing the next generation of performance tracking and analytics tools. Maintaining economic-response models for scenario simulation and impairment. Participating in monthly provisions processes and delivering outcomes to Monzo's senior team.
