Requirements:

• You are an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a 4 year university with a minimum of 2 years left prior to graduation.
• You are able to manage your own hours and be accountable for the work assigned to you.
• You have a passion for music and an interest in music business and marketing.
• You understand social media marketing and have an active presence on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• You have availability of 20 hours per week.
• You’re well-written, well-spoken, and an excellent communicator.
• You have transportation methods.
• You have a flexible schedule for team conference calls.

Responsibilities:

• Organically create awareness of The Orchard’s artists by building relationships with influencers.
• Maintain a local social media presence promoting the artists.
• Implement in-person marketing initiatives at local venues and on campus.
• Research online sites for 18-24 yr old demographics.
• Attend local events and artists' shows for promotion and feedback.
• Submit detailed reports on marketing successes.
