Vanguard College Prep is transforming how students approach higher education. We provide small-group SAT/ACT test prep and personalized college counseling to high school students across the United States. Our mission is to empower future leaders by building lasting core skills, preparing them not just for elite colleges, but for life beyond. We focus on critical thinking and communication, breaking away from one-size-fits-all test-taking 'hacks'. Our tailored approach guides students toward top-tier universities, evidenced by a strong track record of admissions and scholarships.

How We Work

We foster a quickly growing start-up environment that values creativity, collaboration, and leadership. Our instructors and counselors are passionate about student success, building a team of specialists from top universities. While we work remotely, we operate with specific hours: Tuesdays-Thursdays from 1:30 pm CST to 9:30 pm CST, and Saturdays-Sundays from 9:30 am CST to 5:30 pm CST. We believe in providing paid training and comprehensive preparation for every team member.

Benefits & Perks

• Base pay for English Instructor: $20-$24/hour (40 hours/week)
• Base pay for Math Instructor: $21-$24/hour (40 hours/week)
