Responsibilities:

• Acts as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents.
• Responsible for all incoming calls – new clients, existing clients, or taking messages.
• Assists in developing relations with existing clients.
• Proctors tests for students.
• Reports issues to Directors.
• Develops and manages office systems and procedures.
• Reads and answers work-related emails.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers appropriately.
• Maintains company calendar and client schedules.
• Schedules appointments for Directors.
• Organizes office correspondence and reports.
• Supports sales and production.
• Posts on social media and sends communications.
• Reviews schedules with Directors.
• Participates in staff meetings as needed.
• Ensures consistency of company's public image.
• Provides marketing assistance.
