Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents.
  • Responsible for all incoming calls – new clients, existing clients, or taking messages.
  • Assists in developing relations with existing clients.
  • Proctors tests for students.
  • Reports all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors.
  • Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures.
  • Reads & answers all work-related emails.
  • Answers all phone calls and directs callers to appropriate contact.
  • Maintains and manages company calendar/appointments/client schedules.
  • Schedules any appointments for Directors.
  • Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents, and other reports.
  • Supports sales and production.
  • Comfortable posting company-related posts on social media platforms.
  • Sends communication (thank you notes, referral gifts, etc.) accordingly.
  • Reviews upcoming Daily/Weekly schedule with Directors.
  • Participates in staff meetings, as needed.
  • Ensures the company’s public image is consistent and in keeping with branding.
  • Provides marketing assistance.
