• Native speaker level of Korean fluency in both written and verbal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in warehouse or last mile operations.
• Experience in supporting clients within a technology solutions or operational environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive partnerships or projects.
• Strong stakeholder, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with large groups.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Highly organized and resilient with attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity.
• Capable of managing difficult situations positively.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for Partners’ operational teams for the effective use of OSP.
• Leading successful deployments and operational go lives for OSP features, ensuring readiness of Partners.
• Coordinating with Ocado teams for information sharing to meet business objectives.
• Collaborating with other Ocado teams to maintain positive Partner relationships.
• Reviewing Partner KPIs and performance.
• Sharing best practices with Partner OSP teams.
• Highlighting process improvements within Ocado and Partner operations.
• Balancing Partner needs with resource constraints.
