Requirements:
Native speaker level of Korean fluency in both written and verbal communications. Excellent written and verbal English skills. Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in warehouse or last mile operations. Experience in supporting clients within a technology solutions or operational environment. Experience working cross-functionally to drive partnerships or projects. Strong stakeholder, relationship-building, and networking skills. Comfortable communicating with large groups. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task. Highly organized and resilient with attention to detail. Ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity. Capable of managing difficult situations positively.
Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for Partners’ operational teams for the effective use of OSP. Leading successful deployments and operational go lives for OSP features, ensuring readiness of Partners. Coordinating with Ocado teams for information sharing to meet business objectives. Collaborating with other Ocado teams to maintain positive Partner relationships. Reviewing Partner KPIs and performance. Sharing best practices with Partner OSP teams. Highlighting process improvements within Ocado and Partner operations. Balancing Partner needs with resource constraints.
