Requirements:
Extensive experience working with product teams as a Lead Product Designer on B2C products Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape decisions Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation Experience working with Tokenized Design systems Familiarity and expertise in conducting User Research Methods (qualitative and quantitative) Experience with JIRA and Confluence Self-starter with ability to take ownership with limited oversight Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities B2+ or higher level of English proficiency C1+ level of Russian proficiency
