  • Plan, coordinate, and execute development activities, partnerships, and events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support grant application processes by researching and drafting compelling narratives.
  • Manage partner relationships by tracking goals, donations, tasks, and revenue.
  • Update development materials including pitch decks, sponsor documents, and cultivation content.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce pipelines, reports, and dashboards for the Development team.
  • Track and update development data such as sponsorship revenue and Board member give-get goals.
  • Co-manage general organizational inboxes and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including meeting scheduling and expense report preparation.
