- Organize, plan, and execute group hotel accommodations of 10+ rooms, ground transportation, and team activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and executive producer for events from concept to completion.
- Source venues, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage attendee registration, hotel reservations, and participant experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce complex meetings and events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and communicate updates to clients.
- Conduct site inspections and manage pre-event briefings and post-event wrap-ups.
- Complete post-event reconciliation and review charges before client invoicing.
- Maintain event calendars, databases, and administrative reports.
