- Own the full growth funnel: paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, email and lifecycle, and conversion optimization
- Build and own the growth roadmap, including experiments, channel mix, and prioritization
- Define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, activation rates, and pipeline contribution
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to close the loop between acquisition and retention
- Hire and lead a small growth team as we scale
