- Serve as the primary enrollment contact for accepted students through program arrival.
- Guide students through required enrollment, funding, travel, and onboarding steps.
- Conduct one-on-one calls to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure readiness for arrival.
- Serve as UHP's School Certifying Official (SCO) for GI Bill® eligible students.
- Process enrollment certifications, amendments, adjustments, and required documentation through VA systems.
- Manage student progression through enrollment milestones and funding stages.
- Partner closely with Admissions Advisors to maintain enrollment momentum.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Operations, Coaching, and Student Experience teams.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and compliance documentation.
