- Develop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives
- Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery
- Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent)
- Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making
- Use customer, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy and improve funnel conversion
- Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
- Create or improve playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth
- Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable
- Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with GDPR and relevant German requirements (where applicable)
