- Prepare annual financial statements and audited accounts for the charity and its trading subsidiary.
- Manage the annual organizational budget process, including multi-year plans and scenario modeling.
- Oversee month-end accounting, payroll, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
- Produce donor-specific financial reports and ensure restricted/unrestricted fund tracking.
- Liaise with the Audit and Finance Committee and support the Board with financial KPIs and dashboards.
- Maintain financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures.
- Provide technical financial advice and business partnering to non-finance staff.
