  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or optical/eye care industry.
  • Eyecare experience is a requirement
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the eye care industry and/or practice management is a requirement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and technology  teams to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging.

  • Ensure newly onboarded offices have a smooth and successful implementation experience; work cross-functionally to support new features,  retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and geographies.
  • Represent ContactsPortal at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solution and generate leads.
