  • Maintain client books on a real time basis.
  • Prepare financial statements under US GAAP.
  • Assist in compliance with developing controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with HR on all payroll related matters.
  • Collaborate with other SGP divisions on special projects.
  • Provide information to external accountants for audit, tax return preparation.
  • Coordinate with other client company partners (vendors, insurance carriers, etc.).
  • Assist leadership in budget preparation, monitoring, and performance measurement.
  • Track projects and provide critical analysis of project costs.
  • Support in cash flow management.
