- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize their financial operations.
- Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand our services.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, consistently delivering results.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, marketing, finance, and credit, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
