  • Coordinate activities, priorities, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams and workstream leads.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables, and key activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Facilitate program meetings and working sessions, including agendas, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Track program and workstream progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain program documentation, status reporting, and supporting materials.
  • Help establish consistent processes, communication, and operating rhythms across the program.
