🔍 Higher Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in a higher education setting, especially within admissions and student success departments.
  • Familiarity with and experience utilizing and configuring on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Strong understanding of business software, including CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and energetic with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines.

  • Consult with Premier Services clients regarding their business and operational processes to determine the most effective use of technology solutions to address their needs.
  • Implement or update configurations in clients’ Salesforce instances for TargetX and Salesforce products as well as bundled third-party solutions.
  • Create or update Salesforce automations via Process Builders, flows and/or formula fields; manage Visualforce pages and Apex classes as required.
  • Set security parameters via profile provisioning or permission set creation and assignment.
  • Complete data migrations and integrations via DataLoader and Informatica.
  • Develop training material and conduct client trainings on various TargetX and Salesforce tools.
  • Manage system upgrades for Premier clients including outreach, scheduling, upgrade and post-upgrade-configurations, testing, and issue resolution.
