- Manage entire recruitment processes from intake to offer for a variety of roles including internal recruitment, contract, corporate, operations, and executive level positions.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, providing advice and coaching on recruitment practices and candidate selection.
- Own and optimize the recruitment budget, track costs, and ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the accounting department on a monthly basis to submit invoices and receipts.
- Create monthly recruitment reports highlighting areas of improvement and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies.
