Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a recruitment role working on a large variety of positions from entry to executive level.
  • Must have previous agency experience, preferably in permanent placement.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in human resources.
  • Previous experience with MS Office.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Must be comfortable engaging and advising senior management and executives on a regular basis.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to act as a communication hub between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire recruitment processes from intake to offer for a variety of roles including internal recruitment, contract, corporate, operations, and executive level positions.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, providing advice and coaching on recruitment practices and candidate selection.
  • Own and optimize the recruitment budget, track costs, and ensure effective sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on a monthly basis to submit invoices and receipts.
  • Create monthly recruitment reports highlighting areas of improvement and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies.
