  • 3+ years of sales, prospecting, or account management, especially in a marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Experience managing expectations in a two-sided sales environment (matching brands and creators, for example).
  • Experience working with high-profile creators and a deep knowledge of creator content.
  • The ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders through empathetic listening and customer service.

  • Forge and build relationships with Brand partners, growing their business within the agency.
  • Deeply understand client needs and translate those into effective campaigns in collaboration with the Talent and Campaign Planning team.
