- Develop clear campaign briefs that define business objectives, target audiences, messaging hierarchy, and channel requirements
- Maintain a rolling 12-month campaign roadmap that helps the organization plan and resource effectively
- Champion big, culturally resonant ideas built for multi-channel extension across OOH, social, digital, retail, and experiential in support of e-commerce, wholesale, and retail channels
- Own end-to-end execution — coordinating across product, creative, channel, media, and legal to deliver on time and on budget
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and trafficking across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure coherence across all touchpoints
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate findings into actionable improvements for future cycles
- Lead and develop a team of campaign marketers, fostering accountability, creative rigor, and continuous learning
