- Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Initiate calls to a database of approximately 8,000 retail stores.
- Introduce PAX products, understand store needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and answer any questions from store owners/managers.
- Assess the potential of each store based on their current offerings and customer demographics.
- Identify key decision-makers within the stores and build rapport to facilitate sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Track and report on call metrics, conversion rates, and sales outcomes.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Gather insights from store owners and managers regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to help refine product offerings and strategies.
