- A proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline generation targets at a startup.
- Interest in B2B marketing, marketing automation, and using AI to scale personalization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both sales and marketing leaders to hit revenue goals.
- Excellent time management skills that can be shared and spread throughout the team.
- An exceptionally high performance bar for oneself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change when things aren’t working.
- Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Leverage tools like Unify, Clay, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and 6sense to rebuild Mutiny’s outbound program from the ground up.
- Experiment and iterate on different ways we can automate our outbound program while giving prospects a 1:1 feel.
- Work alongside our Head of Revenue Marketing to co-own pipeline creation.
- Once it’s time to scale, you’ll have the chance to hire, onboard and train new BDRs.
- When managing a team, help with territory planning, account segmentation and shape how BDRs work with AEs.
