- Lead the end-to-end execution of Zearn's in-person full Team Summits including venue logistics, AV, transportation, and registration.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, event budgets, and payment milestones.
- Execute programs and touchpoints across the employee lifecycle that reinforce company culture, such as milestones and onboarding welcomes.
- Coordinate logistics for organization-wide virtual meetings and Zearn Updates.
- Develop and maintain repeatable playbooks and processes for seamless event execution.
- Experiment with Generative AI and new communication tools to optimize employee experience touchpoints.
