- Lead the end-to-end execution of bi-annual in-person company Summits, managing venue, AV, materials, and transportation logistics.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, event budgets, and payment milestones.

- Execute employee lifecycle programs including anniversaries, gifting, and onboarding to reinforce culture.
- Develop and maintain repeatable playbooks and documentation for scalable event operations.
