Requirements:

• Has a background in software engineering.
• Very confident in JSON, JAVA or Javascript; SQL is a bonus.
• Comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
• Understands the basics of good experimental design.
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and user experience.
• Data-driven and analytical.
• Passion for learning and interest in behavioral science is a bonus.
• Ideally has a bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Has designed and run AB/RCT trials and understands good experimental design nuances.
• Background in data science and ML is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CPO in implementing the product roadmap by coordinating with relevant departments, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams for clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and user feedback.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and oversee feature development.
• Monitor product performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and using insights to inform strategies.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Support the entire experimentation processes and assist with coding, QA, and peer reviews.
