Software Engineer - Backend (Senior, Remote)

BA/BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in backend development. Strong knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases such as Redis, Postgres, or Cassandra. Fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails. Knowledge of web servers and web application servers (e.g., Apache, Jetty, Tomcat, IIS). Experience with code repositories like Git. Database design skills and ability to produce high-quality code. Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Background in ReactJS is a plus.

Rapidly develop scalable, flexible, and high-performance backend systems. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend software and databases. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Perform DevOps tasks including server setup, maintenance, and recovery. Contribute to company growth through interviewing and onboarding efforts.
