Requirements:
Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines are welcome to apply). Experience working with youth and young adults is preferred. Masters degree in mental health or related field required. Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on whether the position is contract (1099) or full-time (W2). Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.
Responsibilities:
Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists / Counselors to provide Telehealth services. Provide group therapy with a maximum of 8 clients to ensure strong relationships and in-depth work. Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Participate in case discussions with other clinicians to develop new skills and improve client outcomes. Ensure high-quality mental health care for clients while collaborating with the Admissions and Assessment team.
