Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health provider in IL.
- Holds an active license in IL.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual tele-therapy to patients.
- Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes.
- Document patient progress comprehensively.
- Facilitate treatment plan modifications.
- Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session.
