Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Transportation and/or operations experience is a plus.
- Bring strong professional communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
- Be able to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
- Have familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Be able to travel daily as required.
- Complete a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate safe and timely student transportation with internal departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents.
- Support daily account service and identify and escalate service challenges or deficiencies.
- Recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation providers.
- Manage field operations, including client start-ups, retention, development, and growth of existing accounts.
- Monitor local transportation services for compliance with client and provider contract terms and specifications.
- Work with clients to provide guidance, direction, and feedback.
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain provider, operations, maintenance, and safety inspection documentation with internal departments.
- Communicate with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
