Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills resulting in sound judgment.
- Be detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.
- Experience working with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, working with Operations and Budgets and Contracts.
- Review contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and support timely, accurate invoicing.
- Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues.
- Perform financial quality control of study visits in the RealTime system to ensure accurate customer billing.
- Reconcile RealTime study visits with Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Invoice and maintain supporting documentation for separately billable non-visit items.
- Compare current RealTime revenue with previously recorded revenue and notify the Director of Revenue Cycle about adjustments.
- Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into NetSuite and issue monthly Sponsor/CRO billing statements.
- Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists and assist with end-of-study close-out audits.
