Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience managing email communications, lifecycle strategy, and channel growth.
- Demonstrate success driving pipeline generation, customer activation and retention, and high-performing lifecycle channels.
- Apply analytical and operational rigor to channel metrics and data-driven A/B testing roadmaps.
- Bring a process-oriented approach, project management skills, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Have proficiency with email service providers, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot, and CRM systems.
- Understand email rendering across desktop and mobile devices, responsive email templates, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
- Be familiar with email deliverability standards, spam filters, list hygiene, and CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA compliance guidelines.
- Have experience with web analytics, UTM tracking methodologies, and A/B testing platforms to measure and report on pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition, engagement, pipeline creation, retention, and expansion through email communications across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and manage a continuous roadmap of A/B and multivariate email experiments to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Implement and maintain scalable email creation, proofreading, and quality assurance workflows.
- Ensure email copy, layouts, and designs conform to Filevine's brand standards.
- Monitor campaign metrics and deliver actionable insights and executive reporting.
- Partner with creative, product, demand generation, and marketing teams to translate complex themes into email campaigns.
