Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Bring professional expertise with React and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.
- Have familiarity with React hooks.
- Understand micro-front-end architecture and its implementation.
- Have experience with shared component design.
- Have experience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes.
- Have experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Have experience with responsive and adaptive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Be able to optimize front-end component performance and scalability.
- Work collaboratively and be able to mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and advance the micro-front-end platform architecture used by Engineering teams.
- Design and implement reusable front-end tools, components, and frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces with React.
- Optimize interface performance across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineers on product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Mentor junior developers and promote code excellence and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for and lead adoption of front-end best practices and new technologies.
- Maintain high code standards and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack.
